answer: The cost is based on the moving distance, the number of items and additional services (such as packaging or storage). Please provide your relocation details (such as address and item list), and we will provide an accurate quotation for free. The starting price for local moving in Hong Kong usually starts at HK8800.

3. Which regions do you provide services in?

answer: We cover the whole territory of Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and outlying islands. Whether you are in Central, Sha Tin or Sai Kung, our team can arrive quickly, be familiar with local traffic conditions, and ensure timely service.

4. How long in advance does it take to make an appointment for moving?

answer: It is recommended to make an appointment at least 3-5 days in advance. During peak hours (such as holidays or the end of the month), it is best to make an appointment 1-2 weeks in advance. Contact us immediately and we will try our best to arrange your trip!

5. Do you provide packaging services? What do I need to prepare?

answer: Yes it is! We provide services from providing cartons for you to pack by yourself to packing at your sole discretion. Please tell us your needs and we will prepare appropriate materials; if you bring your own items, please make sure that the fragile items are marked.

6. What is the cost and process of storage service?

answer: The storage fee is calculated based on the size of the space and the rental time. The short-term (starting from 1 month) is about HK HK300/month, with long-term discounts. The process is simple: after making an appointment, we will help you ship the items to a secure warehouse and provide access arrangements at any time.

7. What should I pay attention to on the day of moving?

answer: Please make sure that the door is unblocked, keep your valuables by yourself, and inform us of the elevator or parking space arrangements. Our team will contact in advance to confirm the detailed plan to ensure a smooth move.

8. Do you provide services on holidays or weekends?

answer: Of course! We provide services all year round, including weekends and public holidays (such as Chinese New Year). Please make an appointment in advance and we will arrange the most suitable time for you.
